Have you had an epiphany or a bit of inspiration? Has that lightbulb above your head brightened your whole day? We want to hear about it. Simply sign-up or sign-in and tell the world about it. We'll let you know how great an idea it really is.
emmalee:
i often feel like things are out to get me. you know in-adamant objects, the printer, a strategically placed rock, and the stupid cursor on the computer when it moves without you moving it. but if these things have feelings and malicious thoughts, they deserve them. i mean come on rocks get stepped on all day, they deserve a little pay back. the printer is ignored all day every day until you see fit to use it, and your cursor gets jerked around all day. Maybe i deserve their wrath.

There are no love stories, Prince Charmings or happily every afters; there is only you, a person you hold dear, and your desperate bids to cling to that one happy feeling.

I had an epiphany! When life gives you lemons, they say to make lemonade, but it has always bothered me what are you going to do to make it sweeter... Life doesn't really give you sugar to add to the whole mix.

someone once told me to sqeeze the lemons and put the juice in a squirt gun and go around squirting people in the eyes. not sure how i feel about it. i'm just saying its an option

I had an epiphany! I think the rain pours when the world needs to be cleansed and the people need to remember the beauty of a clean earth; but sometimes, it's just a sign that the people need something to calm them from their fast-paced, crazy lives.

Have you ever noticed that as a shooting star goes by we are quick to wish; but when the world is to hard to stand we are slow to kneel and bow our heads in prayer?

I had an epiphany! 99% of the time the flaw you find in someone else is in your own character as well. thus when people try to fix things about other people they often just make the problem worse.
on 03/30/10 at 11:10 pm by chanie
Agreed. The things I hate most in others are the problems I have had or currently have with myself

I had an epiphany! If we humans use this term (The younger generation usually does more often) "You're a meanie!" when someone is mean, then is it appropriate to say "You're a nicey!" when someone is nice? When typing these 2 strange terms in, the term "meanie" was correctly spelled and the term "nicey" was not, no matter how I spelled it.

if someone is a jerk would it be appropriate to call them jerky?
on 03/22/10 at 08:50 pm by joeschmoe
if someone is sweet then we call them a sweetie, so, if someone is fun,why don't we call them funny?

I think the rule is to watch your spell checker.

I agree with joeshmoe's comment, in conjunction with the epiphany

I had an epiphany! Never argue with a woman holding a pair of scissors.
on 03/10/10 at 11:24 pm by murphy
A woman can do dangerous things with those...

I had an epiphany! If I'm going to wear it tomarrow, why put it away?
on 03/10/10 at 10:37 pm by murphy
I get it. It's like saying "Why make my bed if I'm going to mess it up tonight?"
on 03/13/10 at 10:13 am by spontaneous123
that's why I don't shower. I'd just have to do it again anyway.

Eww..

That sounds way to familiar with the mindset of either a very busy person, a teenage child or one who just couldn't care less. All of whom live in my house...

I agree both with the epiphany and with Inaliel's comment

I had an epiphany! Atheists still haven't told us where the matter came from that started the Big Bang. Until they do, religion is totally valid. Even from a scientific point of view.

Very good point! And for those who try to disprove god by saying that there's no evidence that he exists, "since when does the absence of evidence equal the evidence of absence?"
on 03/31/10 at 09:09 pm by emmalee
Where did god come from? Exactly. And personally when it comes between a giant man in the sky who can fix everything wrong with us but chooses not to or some well thought out theory which is much more probable and leaps and bonds are being made to find out more about it and there is tons of evidence to support it in contrast to the NO evidence to support god... god is a much better choice.

in-animate ;)but I totally agree, it's true
